Stephanie Funk, Broker/Owner
Stephanie Funk is an award-winning real estate broker, business leader, and community advocate serving clients across the DFW Metroplex. After transitioning from buying and selling businesses into real estate, Stephanie developed a unique, strategic approach that combines strong negotiation skills, market expertise, and personalized service. Her diverse professional background allows her to guide buyers, sellers, and investors through every stage of the real estate process with confidence and clarity.
As the Broker/Owner of Funk Realty, Stephanie leads and mentors more than 60 agents throughout North Texas, giving her clients access to extensive market knowledge, neighborhood expertise, and valuable industry connections. Her leadership, dedication, and results-driven approach have earned her recognition as a Top Producer for the past seven consecutive years, as well as honors including Best of D and being voted Best Real Estate Broker in Prosper and Celina by Star Local Media Readers’ Choice.
Before entering real estate, Stephanie proudly served as a Garland Police Officer, where she specialized in neighborhood crime prevention as a licensed crime prevention expert. She also hosted the local television programs Crime Watch Live and Police Beat, further strengthening her connection to the community and passion for helping others. Today, she continues that commitment through real estate by building trusted relationships with integrity, professionalism, and care.
A lifelong Texan and graduate of Dallas Baptist University, Stephanie has lived in Prosper with her husband Shane for over 20 years while raising their two daughters. Beyond real estate, she is actively involved in coaching, mentoring agents, and supporting numerous nonprofit organizations throughout the community.
