Rooted in Integrity. Built on Trust. Dedicated to Your Next Chapter.
Your Goals. My Commitment.

Every move begins with a reason, and my job is to understand yours. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a longtime family home, or relocating to North Texas, I take the time to listen to your priorities and help you explore your options. With honest guidance, clear communication, and personal service, I’ll help you move into your next chapter with confidence.

Born and raised in Iowa, I bring a Midwestern work ethic and a thoughtful, straightforward approach to my work. North Texas is home to my family, and I understand how much finding the right place can mean. As a wife and mother, I know a move involves financial considerations, everyday needs, and the hopes you have for your next chapter.

With a degree in business management, I bring practical insight, careful planning, and attention to detail to every transaction. I take the time to understand your priorities, explain your options, and develop a plan around your goals. You can count on candid advice, consistent follow-through, and support throughout the buying or selling process.

As a top producer at Funk Realty Group, I’m honored to have received recognition from DFW Real Producers and Best of D. Those accolades are meaningful, but the trust my clients place in me is what matters most. I work to earn that trust by keeping my word and keeping your best interests at the center of every decision.

Family, faith, and community are an important part of who I am. The friendships and connections I’ve built through my church carry into the warmth and care I bring to my work. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, discussing concerns, and sharing what matters most to you.

My commitment continues beyond closing. I’m grateful for the lasting relationships I build and the opportunity to remain a resource for my clients as their lives and needs change.

Your goals shape the plan. My commitment is to help you move forward with confidence—and find a place to call home.

Serving buyers and sellers throughout North Texas, including Prosper, McKinney, Frisco, Celina, Melissa, Anna, Allen, Plano, Little Elm, Aubrey, Denton, Sherman, Wylie, and surrounding Dallas–Fort Worth communities.

Testimonials

Love love love Sarah!!!! She is so
Kind and patient. And always willing to answer questions. Would recommend to anyone. Carrie Dobbs

I spent about 6 months house hunting- and I hate house hunting. Sarah made it tolerable and even fun. The fact she stuck with me for so long, was willing to meet after I got off work (usually in the dark), made it obvious my safety came first, etc made it very clear that she is not only a great real estate agent, but a fantastic human being. She treated me like her own child and was a blessing to work with. She made me laugh after looking at disappointments of houses, she was excited with me for the good houses. All around, couldn't have had a better experience. D. Izzy

Sarah made our first time home buying experience a memorable one. She will forever be in our hearts as our favorite realtor, and we will be using her in our next transaction. We not only consider Sarah our realtor, we consider her our dear friend. Thank you Sarah. Ryan

Sarah is fantastic! Highly recommend - she went above and beyond for us. Matthew
